IN GAME VOICE CHAT
On the Nations game mode we have a features that allows the player to talk to each other in game when they are near each other using the Simple Voice Chat mod. You are not required to have this mod to play on the server but its a nice addition to have to upgrade your immersion and roleplay experience.
You can download the mod using fabric or forge from this link: https://modrinth.com/plugin/simple-voice-chat
Just keep in mind that you will have to have it installed for the latest version that server supports, 1.20.1 at the moment.
You can also use this video for a guide on how to install it if you never used mods before just make sure to download the right version.
STEP 1
Launch Minecraft in the version you want to install the mod for.
STEP 2
Go to this link https://fabricmc.net/use/installer/ click on download and run it.
Open your Minecraft launcher you should see Fabric in your installations profiles.
STEP 3
Download the Simple Voice Chat mod and the Fabric API.
STEP 4
Navigate to .minecraft>mods delete everything that is there if there anything and place the two files you just downloaded.
STEP 5
Go to the launcher and launch Minecraft with the fabric profile.
In game go to the controls setting and you can set controls for the mod or see the default ones.
You should be able to talk in game after that! (You can find a guide on how the mod works on the mod page)
Note: Don't forget to change the activation mode from "Push to talk" to “Voice” in the mod settings.
